Christy Erbeck has over 25 years’ experience in domestic and international consulting, training, and coaching, working in both software development and non-product-focused environments, including manufacturing (discrete and process), distribution, and sales & marketing.

Christy has trained and worked with thousands of individuals worldwide, from nontechnical roles (e.g., in transportation, coal processing), to software developers, sales, and high-level executive leaders.

She is a compassionate and courageous collaborator who energizes others, strengthens organizational effectiveness and increases employee growth and retention. She is deeply passionate about engaging employees and clients, coaching and developing others, all to inspire positive and lasting change that improves the human experience at work.

Christy co-authored Roadmap to Success, a compilation of thoughts from some of America’s top intellectual minds (Ken Blanchard, Deepak Chopra, and others) on mapping out successful business strategies, including understanding employee engagement to improve profitability.

Christy holds several industry certifications*, earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Certified Dare to Lead^TM Facilitator.
